First. structure features
1、High performance automatic of the assembling set with high out put.
2、Adopt PLC and HMI control system, monitoring the complete processing of the machine running and tne technology parameter can be stored, so it’s easy to repair and adjust;
3、With scrap reclaiming system, both scrap material and raw material are controlled by scale valve, the material straight enter into the extruding machine from store bucket so it does not waste raw material;
4、The extruder adopts energy saving frequency speed control,the thermoforming machine is of high efficiency hydraulic to open and close the mould, ensuring the running continuity of the whole system. The stable transmission which increase the security of the equipment.
